Hi Lovies!!! Today is Wellness Wednesday!!! Maybe some of your are wondering how I did during my time in Vegas! Well I am proud to say I am human. I didn't do my very best, but I did okay. I didn't give into my need for a Cinnabon which is a feat in itself.
To accomplish my goals, I am working on replacing some of my old habits with new ones. Like having one salad a day. I am not a fan of salad unless there are a lot of extras. Extra cheese, extra croutons, extra dressing...you get it. So now I am trying my best to eat a salad a day without all the additional calories. Here are a couple of my choices over the past couple of days.
Salad I had in Vegas while we were at a buffet.
Subway Tuna Salad I had for lunch yesterday.
So there you have it. Baby steps people. Benjamin Franklin said "Happiness doesn't come from big pieces of great success, but from small advantages hammered out day by day." I am taking pride of the small victories and basking in every milestone in this journey.
